"I just went to western ring road mcdonalds(8:35ish 23-4-2019), and was surprised to see no one payed me any attention even when i said hello couple Of times. There was a guy changing bins nearby and i asked him for what a particular bread(coconut pineapple...bread) was priced and he happily helped me at the self serve computer, he finished my order for me and went the extra mile. After my initial start to the visit this young man made it very pleasant. Upon asking he told Me his name was Steve and i would Like to congratulate mcdonalds western ring road for having such a good young man working for them. He’s going to go very far in his life. The other people weren’t much help to me and ignored me as they were busy with drive through(not overly busy). A lady named Kaysha i think gave me my order and her customer service was allright. The mango frozen fanta i got tastes yuck. I am not going to finish it. I got a replacement upon asking but i think there is something wrong with the frozen fanta machine and maybe needs to be cleaned. The restaurant was clean. I have yet to try my coconut bread hopefully its better."

"McDonald's is my delight. They make the sun shine and the palate peaceful. The food flavours my fancy and the shakes shake me up. While the staff grills my hamburger so that it melts in my mouth. The diet coke slides down my throat bubbling with anticipation, the company's great, the layout's lovely. MacDonald's is Mac-nificient."

"Ordered speck and ei muffin in the meal and received only the speck and ei of itself. the personal checked the order. happy to pay if they don't calculate, but they refused to change for us. What is the point of opening a business if u can't serve? eating cold, tastes bad. the male manager is super rude and inefficient."

"Soft serve machine never seems to be working. Gremlins?! But seriously, another top notch Maccas. You may have to wait a little longer than usual on some orders but that's because everything is made FRESH to order. The team at McDonalds Altona North ain't half stepping!"

"I rate it a 0 ! On Wednesday 4/5/17, reserved a table for 7 people at 7pm, couldn't be seated until 720pm. Mixed up with our drinks and entree to begin with.Then gave us a dangling menu that was half torn, pages were literally falling apart. Then the waiter accidently spilled water on the table when he was taking the hot water bottle away to refill because they were already empty when we sat down ! Both waitresses attitude were disgusting, no customer service what so ever ! They were extremely rude and you could see it on there face that they did not want to serve you. The food portion was half of what it normally was before. When all our food arrived we still could not eat because nobody provided us plates/bowls or cutlery. It was such a horrible night eating there with my family. I wil never go or recommend people going there. There are better food/service at St. Albans."

"Two stars for the staff who were friendly. no stars for accommodation. they have made renovations and upgrade to the motel. not the price they pay. cheapest room was $153. no thanks not even for free. completely and badly maintained. to cover everything with new paint n bedding, not cut. that's a tradies motel. the company does not pay any complaints. not good for families that are safe. I have made an audit of the place n o boy that they have completely failed. I have photos to secure my laune. plus no parking space for her car. first in best dressed. could hear talks from above bedroom and balcony and smoker outside."

"It is the 2nd time we have been to this Restaurant with our adult children.We booked on the day (a Friday) and got the last table.food is great, fresh and great variety.staff were attentive without being unbearable and hovering.there are 2 areas, the front which is a normal eating area, or out the back where there is a fernery with birds, etc and a lovely cooling atmosphere (spec good in Summer)"
