"We waited so long for the food and when it was ready..it was DIRTY!! so gross. I don't think they changed gloves and the guy making the burger was holding all the ingredients with on hand in the air while he was getting the box..I could see everything slipping and dropping off and he was moving it around trying to make it not fall. Not happy. The hygiene of the staff was suspect. The gril with fake nails..no gloves touching her hair and the grabbing the chips. I like this HJs but it was BAAAAAAD."

"I have been here once or twice a month since January and they have never let me down. Food is spot on with taste and quality. Customer service is excellent, with water and sauces brought to our table with the meals. Exceptional prices for the generous portions, fresh food and friendly atmosphere. Honestly, the very rare negative comments here must have been for a different place! If you haven't tried it yet, I highly recommend you do!"
