"Firstly our order wasn’t taken for 15 minutes and no apology was offered. Secondly the special was ordered and a choice of accompaniment chosen. On delivery to the table said item was not served but an alternative was on the plate instead. I asked where the item chosen was and was given a very vague response and no apology. The second choice item was also unavailable and the alternative was a completely separate item never mentioned at point of order. I said if I had been informed of the lack of chosen item I would have changed my order , at which point the waitress mumbled something and left the table never to return."

"I haven't been to the gardeners in years. But I have to say it was the best meal I have had in ages. We were a mixed age group. My nan, my auntie, me, my husband and my 3 year old. The food was perfect. My husband had a steak and always says it isn't cooked right where ever we go! But here he said it was perfect. A big thumbs up from us to the chef. We will defo be making this our local pub again"

"I went in to buy some cakes but the staff were too busy talking among themselves to serve me so I walked out. Cleveleys is full of shops and I soon found another that had what I wanted."

"First I would like to say how helpful and nice toni and archie were, they were helpful during the meal. (I hope I have blown their names properly, apologise if I had not done it). they treated themselves with rude, screaming customers and treated it very well, although none of the complaining were their fault. I have given it stars as there is a high waiting period due to an extremely busy evening off food, all tables were full,) the staff fully warned eating would be a because; That was good with us. the personal was very apologetic about the waiting period. eating was as always very good. many thanks to bayhorse staff, decent eating, we will be back."
