"Don't waste your time. I used to be a fan, I was eating regularly at the Los Arboles Ameci Pizza and Pasta. However, there is a new owner.... And he's an idiot... The food is okay, the service lousy, and the new owner manager is worse than the service. He keeps looking at customers, and when he's rude and you call him, he tells you not to come back... We personally watched him give a tough time to an 80-year-old lady. She did nothing to him, and he treated as if she was senile. Very good, your wish is what you will get! I hope everyone avoids the ameci on Los Arboles in Thousand Oaks. We need to show this guy that we don't take his behavior rudely."

"Today was the first time I 've ordered here. I got the 'combo ' pizza. The pizza was all misshapen, wet on the bottom, parts of the crust were broken off, parts of the dough were somewhat raw and mushy and other parts slightly burned. Half of the toppings were fallen off before I opened the box. Pizza was floppy and parts of it were partially glued to the wax/parchment paper. I 'd give them a one but had it been done right would have actually been good. The customer service at the place wasn 't warm or particularly friendly either. I 'm sticking to Michaels in Agoura."
