"Excellent casual atmosphere, staff are friendly and quick. The menu is interesting with great variety in ramen and donburi. We got the spicy shio-tonkotsu, tsukemen, mountain yam and cod roe bowl, karaage chicken, and ufo gyoza. Everything tasted great, spicy tonkotsu still had a great flavor and tsukemen was great.Food: 5/5"

"Not enough options, and meat wasn't worth the cost. I usually go to Gyu-Kaku and I was expecting higher quality food and service, the only thing that was higher was their prices. Was very disappointed. We had the Kobe Course. Menu is not friendly to people that are not Japanese. I'll be sticking to Gyu-Kaku."

"I haven't been here for a while and noticed they have added several items to the menu. I really love their Fluffy Omu-Rice w/Hamburger Steak and Demiglace Sauce! Their Beef and Potato Croquette! I will definitely come back soon!Food: 5/5"

"Although this place describes itself as izakaya restaurant, I have actually tried very few dishes here, and the dishes I tried were especially to supplement my real ground for going — snake. japonica has an excellent selection of sake and some great flights to introduce them to the world of sake. this is not the place to come if they really want to get drunk, but a good bush can drink out a few rounds with their friends. my favorite love is “jozen mizunogotoshi”, which was presented to me by a very cool waiter here. it is a junmai Ginjo-sake that is easy to drink and will not kill her purse. the ambiente is very relaxed and somewhat trendy. the style is a combination of modernism and Japanese sensibility, but is not at all pretentious."
