"Perhaps we were just there on a bad night but food was of very low quality, poor value and service was very slow. Our salmon starter was very bland; a lump of cream dumped on a slice of salmon. Our main course of veal verged on inedible, mainly comprising sinew and grizzle. Notwithstanding the offer to reduce the price of one main course by a few euro, the bill was harder to swallow than the veal. We left clearly unhappy (not that the staff seemed concerned). This restaurant is a classic tourist trap. There are some great restaurants in Troyes. This is not one of them."

"We were able to find what we were looking for: the certainty of having qualitative products, with a map we know and a fast and efficient service. We found the essentials.We went on a Saturday noon with a lot of world on Saturday of the balances) and (assembly it) a lack of obvious staff (thanks the covid the service time was long but this is not linked to the staff. The dishes were good (as in the entire chain) and the sign always appears as a safe value especially in places that are unknown to us. Parking is not adjoining the property and steps are to climb to reach the entrance. we recommend this sign and restaurant where we will return (in less affluent period)."

"Just my favorite restaurant in Troyes. The atmosphere, the staff and the food transport you completely into what would be a Japanese restaurant. Saké, sushis, yakitoris, udon, ramen, dorayaki... all classics are there, and are absolutely irreproachable quality! The place is certainly small but it is a good quality and it strengthens the calm and relaxing atmosphere. My guests and I were more than satisfied with the attention given to the kitchen and I had a very good meal. On the other hand, you have to make sure you book. It clearly deserves 5 stars. I highly recommend!"
