"Perhaps we were just there on a bad night but food was of very low quality, poor value and service was very slow. Our salmon starter was very bland; a lump of cream dumped on a slice of salmon. Our main course of veal verged on inedible, mainly comprising sinew and grizzle. Notwithstanding the offer to reduce the price of one main course by a few euro, the bill was harder to swallow than the veal. We left clearly unhappy (not that the staff seemed concerned). This restaurant is a classic tourist trap. There are some great restaurants in Troyes. This is not one of them."
