"Having had the opportunity to have lunch on several occasions at the halls counter I was able to apprehend the new very welcoming and warm decor, in the image of the team. The kitchen isn't left. everything is obviously made home and if you arrive too late, some dishes have disappeared from the map. It's the ransom of success. a special mention for the truffled burrata and the brioche way lost bread that are absolutely to fall. wine is excellent and at a reasonable price to troyes! If we had to find a negative point, I would say that we shouldn't be too pressed at noon or then report it to the server. In conclusion, a place where to lunch without hesiter!"

"I was going regularly to to yourton flour for lunch. sandwiches are good, salads too, products seem fresh and the nice setting, to make you forget the price. Too bad, so that the service often leaves to be desired. the waitresses seem exhausted, and the service is still suffering. We'll give you a cracked panini without explanation or excuse. We'll give you a salad a sandwich a dessert to take away without a bag, otherwise we have to pay it. I have seen several of them lead the tip of the dressing tube from the tip of the nail (once even when the nail in question was first used to scratch a button.) I'm sure that with more staff, more practical dressing tubes, and more hygiene, we wouldn't be far from a bakery / snacking top."
