"Avoid this sonic at all cost! I have had way to many bad experiences at this sonic the most recent being the nail in the coffin for me. After pulling up to the stalls I was told the stalls are for mobile orders only, even though there are no signs stating such. Then after downloading the app and ordering through there my order was missing items and my blasts lid wasn’t secured completely so it ended up exploding all over me and my car. Thanks sonic now I have to pay to have my car detailed to get the ice cream out of it! The employees here are always rude and seem like they hate their jobs and take forever to help people in the drive thru to the point that it blocks you into the stalls for 20-30 mins. Do better corporate."

"I was absolutely disgusted to find a roach in my drink from Sonic Drive-In. Not only did this ruin my meal, but it also made me question the cleanliness and hygiene standards at this establishment. This is completely unacceptable, and I will not be returning. I urge others to be cautious when visiting this location."
