"This is one of my favorite restaurants in Vancouver. One of the draws for me is the eclectic live performances. On our last visit there was an African musician dressed in African attire with a full headdress of feathers and traditional instruments. Then of course there's the food. They have an excellent choice of wraps and curry dishes, but if you're hungry enough and can't decide, then opt for the feast! You'll get 3 dishes of your choice from the menu. Once you've finished those, you may order anything else off the menu until you're fully satiated. Make sure to leave some room for dessert. The vegan chocolate and cherry pudding is awesome. Should you arrive early in the day, I highly recommend trying one of there fabulous eastern inspired smoothies. They are delicious!"

"This is a great Afghan restaurant. The food is delicious. The staff is friendly. The decorations of the restaurant are authentic, and the music is mostly Afghan. They are also located in a nice place in Granville Island. So, if you are visiting from out of town, you can kill two birds with one stone and have a good time in Granville Island, and enjoy some delicious Afghan food!"

"Honest was a little disappointed. 30 years ago and was such a good memory that I really look forward to me, but eating was bland except the chicken kebab. in our party of 8 no one really had much good to say about their meal. I was also a little taken back from the sitting places that everyone sits in a large space on the floor that stared at. it must be a possibility to use it easy, but have some visual pause, so they do not stare at the humans opposite of them. the service was good, but not good enough to bring me back"
