"My recent experience at neverland was very disappointing. I have gone there several times in the past and always had an enjoyable experience. However as of recently they only allow 1.5 hours for each table. In fact, there are signs on the table indicating what time you must leave the table by. The whole time you feel like staff are just waiting for you to leave. Staff members will pass by informing you how much time is left for you to walk out the door. They have a stop watch at the 15 minute mark before departure signalling you to pay for your bill and pack your food into boxes. The entire experience felt like a race. Hence why I have decided to call this place rush tea instead of high tea.Save your money and go somewhere you can actually enjoy with the people you are with instead of running a timed marathon."

"Have you ever been hungry, eating but bored while eating? My first time today. I ordered the Meatball Sandwich, and before I even started eating I knew from the look of the meatball that it was very very dry see pic). It almost looked like it had been boiled I hope no Italian grandmas are reading this). The first bite, my suspicions were confirmed. They were so dry and chewy that I had to make an effort to swallow them down and I stopped after two bites and left the rest. Disappointing. What was also interesting was that there was nothing to the sandwich nearly 14 bucks later....It was just ciabatta bread, dry meatballs, kale and aioli ...that 's it. Too plain. Now, if the meatballs were juicy, well seasoned simmered in cherry tomato sauce and fall-apart delicate like every meatball should be....then it would 've taken centre stage and the simplicity would 've just been a subservient escort. Unfortunately, that was not the case. It was just three dry meatballs on a sub. That 's it. As for the service....I think there 's a new breed of eateries these days. I call them in-betweens . They are not a restaurant nor a fast food place, but something in-between. They call themselves restaurants but with fast food service.....so, kind of like a Fastaurant . Well...tried this place. Moving on."

"I really hate to give this restaurant such a bad review, because our waitress was so lovely, but I have to be honest and this was honestly the worst fish and chips we've ever been served. I grew up on the coast of Western Australia and have eaten a lot of fish and chips during my life time, and therefore have very high standards. The chips were overcooked and brown (not golden), there was such a thick and tough batter on the outside of the fish that we could not eat it. We all had to take the batter off and eat the fish only, and the garnishing of coleslaw on the plate looked old and had seen better days....we didn't even touch this. The only positive I have to say is that our server was excellent. Cost for this meal for 4 servings of fish and chips was $37, but I would not recommend this restaurant at all."

"Looks nice in the white box and presentation is nice too but the taste is very mediocre to average. I had the pulled pork sandwich with apple slaw and the meat was not tender and quite dry. A bit tangy but otherwise bland flavors. A Big Mac honestly tastes way better and the price you pay for a sandwich here is around $13, and in my opinion, it's not worth what you end up getting. Yummier options are available elsewhere."

"Great service, so-so food. Went to Adonia tea house for a little get-together time with my 3 girlfriends. This little tea room is very vintage-styled. The whole tea room probably had only about 6-7 tables. All four of us ordered the Afternoon Tea $27) which came with a wide variety of sweet and savory items and a tea of your choice. I chose the cream earl grey because from past experience, fruity teas are always a disappointment. When the food came, we were surprised to find out that all the items on the tiered plates were not all that we were getting. Scones later arrived on a separate plate, as well as another plate of pudding midway into our tea time. I was debating whether to order more food at the very beginning because it seemed like the Afternoon tea set would not satisfy my hungry stomach, but surprisingly it was very filling. Service was great as the servers kept coming to our table to refill water into our teapots, but our server was not very knowledgeable in the tea selection because she said she never tried any of them when we asked if a certain tea tastes good. In terms of tastiness, when asked what was my favourite item, I could not decide... maybe because nothing in particular stood out. Overall we decided the food was not incredibly tasty, but was not that bad either. Although they did provide a wide variety of pastries and desserts for us to try, we concluded that it would be better if they gave us all the same items as we found it hard to split or decide who gets which pastry. This tea house was a great catch-up spot and fairly inexpensive compared to other places, but food can be improved"

"Good business. I arrived at 1pm and there’s 10 people waiting. Delicious and size is reasonable. Environment is clean. No one eat in store, as only one table for 8."
