"Vancouver offers no shortage of delicious food of all sorts, and everyone's got ideas about which fancy new hipster joint you *must* try next.Let me suggest something else. I can be kind of a jerk about food - I'm a good cook; I like really good food; I'm somewhat impatient when I have to pay money for mediocre stuff. One of my favorite recent experiences in Vancouver? Eating CURRY Fusion lunch at a park downtown. It was a beautiful sunny day. My partner says the person (perhaps the owner?) who helped him picked out three different dishes for our family was friendly and had great recommendations. Our food was cooked swiftly, and we walked to a nearby park smelling the delicious scents emanating from our packets.We sat in the grass and listened to the people around us - business people, students, tourists - speak four or five different languages while we ate some of the most delicious food I've ever had. It was *unreasonably* tasty. The downtown lunch crowd of Vancouver is very lucky."

"Good North Indian food for cheap trips (for vancouver). Sundays special lunches offers are very good and quite complete. they usually contain a desert. eating has a sneaked feeling. this is vancouver and outdoor dinning depends on the weather. when they are from the united kingdom. or asia can be the medium hot too mild."

"Okay people! Bring your appetites. I was amazed by the proportions and the cost. We ended bringing leftovers back for another meal as it wasn't just the proportions, the food was delicious. I had the Eggplant Bhartha (I always have eggplant Bhartha when I have Indian food) and this was among, if not the best. The smoky taste was a pleasant surprise. The food was served quickly and the garlic naan was also one of the best I've had. If you're visiting the west side of Vancouver it is definitely worth a visit. I'm any event, it is easily reached by transit. I'm definitely going to make the trip again."

"This is a cute little restaurant that is just one short bus ride from UBC. Whilst the restaurant is not very big, it feels very welcoming. The food is on the pricey side, I rated it a 4 rather than a 5. They serve both tea and lemon infused water.<br/ <br/ I think it's worth occasionally as the pressed Oshi sushi tastes amazing. I ordered the pork Chazu oshi and the salmon rolls. The salmon rolls are 6 tiny pieces of sushi, which are very small and taste very average. <br/ <br/ As I thoroughly enjoyed the Oshi, I would definitely recommend trying this place out! :"
