"I am really disappointed with the service to the point where I am completely put off coming back here. The inconsistency in the serving inside the tacos is frustrating to me.I stopped ordering via skip a while ago for this very reason and here I am trying it again giving it another chance, only to be disappointed again.Just because we don't raise this concern in person doesn't mean that you can get away with putting in very little filling on tacos and expect satisfactory customers when we pay over $15 for taco trio. Its a bad business practise and reflects poorly on how the enployees are trained to save and be cheap rather than building a relationship with your customers so they come back to you.I still enjoy the taste of the tacos and burritos which is why I keep coming back but I cannot stand being scammed lowkey."

"They really aim for that real Mexican/Latin American flavour! And it's well delivered! We enjoyed the food, the atmosphere and the service provided! The place was clean, including the bathrooms! Their home made hot sauce it's delicious, they have marketed so people can buy it to take home! I would go back there again."

"I have become addicted to this place, now. Restaurant is very clean and the staff is so friendly along with being professional. The house made things like, Fajita Vegetables, dipping sauces(salsa), Tortillas, are amazing. The eye catching part for me is when staff does the partial cooking in front of me. My family just loves this environment."

"Ordered two meals here. Both contained ground beef. The meat was gray in color and cinnamon in taste. The meals were not very flavorful at all. The lettuce looked wilted and old. It was noon when we ate there, there was 3 staff members on and NO ONE in line and only 2 of us in the dining area. I will not be going back there anytime soon. If you want Mexican, don't bother going here. Try another chain."

"Its barBurrito day 31 days of gracious August 3, 2020 in Woodstock Ontario. We're in line waiting thru off and on rain to get inside the restaurant to buy burritos, 3 tacos and extreme fries. We waited for over an hour. The owner came out...at 5pm to tell people way back on the line that they were closing to maintain integrity of product, cause in other words they were running out. We were next to go inside and thought whew were lucky but your scheduled hours to close is 9pm not 5pm so what the heck!!! We waited and waited and final got to the counter after waiting for an hour to order... we ask for 6 burritos and the young guy making food says, we're out of GROUND BEEF !!!!!!! And nacho cheese...WTF You can't have extreme fries, or tacos or burritos. Scheduled to not close for another 3 hours, and on a 31 days if gracious, they should've been better prepared and had more product and more staff working. What an AWFUL REPRESENTATION of 31 days gracious representation Barburitto. Woodstock location should not be allowed to represent in the next promotion. The wife kept checking with her husband about being done serving customers, she clearly didn't want to serve anymore, because of lineup. Running out of ground beef is like a Burger King running out of whoppers on whopper day, a McDonald's running out of Big Macs on $4.99 special and Taco Bell running out of Ground beef!!! It's the MAIN product of burritos, tacos, etc. RIDICULOUS, INCOMPETENCE, UNPREPARED."
