"I came here with two friends for Sunday lunch yesterday and had the most wonderful meal with excellent service from Jessie. All three of us had the roast beef which came with all the trimmings. The roast potatoes were particularly good and the beef was cooked beautifully, a proper Sunday roast. We were lucky enough to sit in the 'snug ' area which was brilliant because we 're all huge George Michael fans. I 'll be back soon!"

"As it was a Sunday, we had the raist lamb and the roast chicken. (There are other dishes available on a Sunday) Both were cooked very well and were lovely. Plenty of veg, roast potatoes, and gravy. Very good value for money and reasonably priced. Nice, friendly staff. Well worth a visit."
