"If an inn is exactly what they expect from the website, it is a victor. If they get the and the friendly and attentive staff in white hard, it is fantastic. the bar staff, writing manager, restaurant staff. all were wonderful. and the village and good restaurants are just a few steps away. I was on a business trip and that was a refreshing experience."

"The Auberge has dramtically changed versus months ago John Berber the chef has changed the menus and more importantly the quality. OK its not West End but getting there!! We have had 2 dinners for 4 and then 8 in past 3 weeks. Absolutely perfect. As I am into food I asked re how various dishes were in fact prepared Chef was with us explaining all the hows etc Would thoroughly recommend the Gavi de Gavi white excellent!! We had on both visits the Thurs/Friday special dinners at ca £39 per head you cannot get better value and if you are in a group just ask re a menu for your group as we did. We await the special dinners when they return in Jan!"
