"We call to the restaurant at 6 pm and ask if they could sit as. Hosted sad “yes, just be here not later than 7:30 pm.” We drive around the lake for 40 minutes with our 7 year old. Came before 7:30 and they told “we close sitting people, sorry” Great! Thank you, guys. Now we are one hour from our hotel with a hungry kid with us. And I think if you promise to your clients something, keep your promises."

"Came here for my boyfriend’s b day as a nice surprise to go into the city. I called ahead and we got there and got seated eventually. The waitress didn’t come by for 15 minutes after we sat down. We asked for simple water and it took another 15 until I had to ask someone else to get some for us. The food was unfortunately very bad also for the price. Our waitress again never came by once not even for the bill, which i also had to ask another server for. I understand being short staffed but this was not that. Don’t recommend going at all."

"I love going to the Real Deal, especially the WR one but also in JP. The sandwiches are out of this world, and I love the names! The pizza slices are twice as big as normal. I love that they have such a large gluten free menu. And Sugar is connected, with Recreo on the opposite side in WR. Heaven!"

"If this wasn't the only Wendy's near my apartment I would never, ever go here. I've been going here 2 years and the wait time to get through the drive through when I usually visit is over half an hour. Some times it's much worse. Today, for example, it's been 45 minutes just to order and two cars got out of line due to impatience. My orders are usually close, but not quite right. Staff is decently friendly. Occasionally the food comes out room temp. There was a stretch in which they were out of a number of ingredients. McDonald's is up the street. Just go there unless, like me, you really prefer the Wendy's menu."
