"I'm upset with the the way they did my delivery. I'm a security officer which means I can be posted anywhere. With that being said please explain why you would send someone their food without noway to eat it. So I got my food which looks delicious but I don't have any eating utensils nor do I have any napkins and on top of that I got charged 4 dollars for a 12oz can of pop. So let the search for a fork begin."

"The food is absolutely incredible, we often order take out from here. The General Tso chicken is one of my greatest weaknesses, it is perfectly crispy in a delicious savoury sauce. You can get most foods in either mild, medium, or hot spice levels, and medium is a bit spicy for even me, and I love spice. The portions are no joke either, you get plenty, and though it's a bit pricey, the amount you get and how good it is more than makes up for it. However, after having eaten in the restaurant for the first time recently, the service was so aggressively poor that despite there being maybe four other people in the building since we got there, it took nearly 45 extra minutes of just waiting between signing in and paying for our meals, not even including wait time after ordering. I'm not sure if the young woman on service and cash was just having a bad day so I'll give her the benefit of the doubt on that one, but I'll not be eating in restaurant here again. Absutely still ordering take out though."

"I was excited to try this spot with our friends. While I enjoyed it, I didn’t find the pad Thai as good as most others I’ve tried. I would suggest Thai Palace before I would suggest this spot if pad Thai is your wish. That...said, other dishes must be great because the place was packed with a weekday lunch crowd."

"We ordered Chicken Pad Thai. Dish was hot, tasty, nicely portioned and well presented. Server was very professional yet warm and gave timely service. The eating space was very clean, casual and orderly. Dishes are reasonably priced and based on our experience would recommend for lunch or dinner. Management.... please be mindful of servicing restrooms."

"I think they forgot to put the sauce on my Pad Thai. Noodles had no flavour and were very dry, and coming from Toronto and having had really great Thai food from PAI and Salad King, I was disappointed. Maybe it was a bad day for House of Pad Thai."
