"It 's been years since I have had Chili 's. I remember that I liked a couple of their burgers, but that 's about all I can recall from the menu. Fast forward quite a few years, and as I 'm driving around with the family you 'll hear me utter the familiar words of anyone who has ever eaten in a Chili 's restaurant... I guess we can go to Chili 's, I can 't think of anything else . I walked in mumbling something under my breath about eating at a Chili 's. But I was pleasantly surprised. They have great specials, the food was good, and so was the service. I was pleasantly surprised, and I will definitely be going back there again."

"Worst place ever. Got here on a Friday night at put out name down and was quoted a wait. Came back after minutes to find no one was waiting anymore and we asked the hostess how much longer, and be before we could even ask she said the kitchen it closed. But we put our name down an hour ago. Oh yeah, I called you. What name did you call? How do you know our name just by looking at us? Oh umm.. We even called your phone number and no one answered Pulls out phone Nope, no calls. Funny, you never asked us for our phone number anyways. Can we see a manager.Some other girl said oh we can see if they will keep the kitchen open for you so we said ok. In the meantime we waited for a manager to show up. NEVER happened. They sat us down and said we had to order in before they closed. We ordered a mango margarita. Someone else brought out a strawberry margarita and we told them it was wrong. Then the bartender personally comes to the table and says, you know mango is alot sweeter right? Yes, but that's what we ordered, we never ordered a strawberry. Oh? Ok. Our waitress comes back I don't know why he bothered coming here to tell you that, he just got it all mixed up. Basically, she went and instead of telling him she got the order wrong, she blamed it on us and said the first one was way too sweet and we wanted a mango margarita instead. Blamed the mistake on us. Wise.Anyways, ordered the food, food came out. Mind you the kitchen was closing in minutes but there was food coming out for a good minutes and even after we were done paying our bill. No manager showed up to discuss what happened, offer a simple apology or acknowledge that they had incapable people working there. We left and never came back. My family and I are major foodies so this was a major disappointment. We will never return or recommend coming here.The place seemed like it had potential but the food and service sucked, and that's not what we pay for"

"I have had great food here and especially the salads and the veggie burrito. The staff has been friendly and attentive. However, the reason for the 2 star review is that the last three times I have tried to eat there, I have shown up an hour before their posted close time to find the doors locked. There have been no posted signs regarding hour changes and the staff have just looked at me as I tried each door. At this point I am no longer willing to attempt eating at this location (on Victory by the Westfield mall in Canoga Park CA) as I am not able to trust that they will actually provide service."

"We finally got the chance to try this new Mexican food place. My boyfriend and I liked it. They also have special deals every day which I think is good. I liked how hygienic the station is and its clean inside. They also have an outdoors seating."
