"Had not our booking, it was not a good start. To be fair, we have made it effort to give a table, but it was right at the open door to the smoke area and so it was icy and smell of cigarette smoke. did not even order food and went elsewhere."

"The hotel itself is lovely clean a nice place to stay .The restaurant wasn't good at all . My daughter is vegetarian there were only 2 choices she had risotto it was undercooked and hard awful . I had chicken it was the toughest I've ever had God knows how you d get it that tough ! We ordered Yorkshire puddings they were greasy and tasteless. We would not eat it there again it was a very bad experience. We had breakfast in there and that was nice ."
