"Their quality is really gone, which says a lot for ihop. Eier and pancakes were in order that they were good, but I would have done the same from home and it would have been faster and cheaper. Sausage tasted like hot dog (it could actually hot dog hash browns were totally unseasonal. coffee tasted like water. they do not even have metal utensils. they gave us bags of plastic. it hurts me to say that, but I think that was the last time that I was in an ihop, especially now with all local joints in the opposite. They keep an additional star because the server was super nice and could do the best, although I'm pretty sure she was the waitress for the half of the restaurant."

"Upon entering hostess said there would be a 10-15 minute wait for a party of 2. There were 2 other families of 3 already waiting. Put our name in after 20 minutes they had only seated 1 of the already waiting parties. 30 minutes into an estimated 15 minute wait another party of 3 walk in and the hostess immediately seats them while our 2 parties were already waiting. The women beside me asked if Bob Evans takes reservations I told her not to my knowledge. Needless to say we walked out went to Jersey Mike's for an excellent cheese steak wrap."

"Finally had the chance to try the Prince Street Cafe in York. Walking in, I was immediately charmed. The brightness and clean, contemporary feel was fresh and all the plants so welcoming. The wait staff, on the other hand, were NOT welcoming. When we placed our order, we were made to feel like we were a complete bother. We ordered the Southwestern Chicken Burrito, the Herb Ricotta veggie bowl, and an orange juice. The food was SO Good, but we never got the oj. Asked twice, still never got it. We really wanted to try the muffins, but neither of us wanted to deal with the wait staff at the counter so we left without trying the pastries. Sadly, we had already added a nice tip to our order, which wasn't earned, but rather just given out of respect. I would recommend the food but don't go in expecting great service if this particular staff person is working. She was NOT customer-friendly at all. We probably won't be back as no one likes to feel like they are a bother. We'll stick with the Hive in Dover, or go back to Prince St Cafe in Lancaster."
