"The food is SO good! I got the honey bourbon beef tips, which was a special for the night. It was delicious. The beef was so tender and the flavor was a wonderful sweet/salty. Tonight was Friday, so there was live music. It was great!! The atmosphere was perfect for a date night. The only reason I'm giving 4 instead of 5 stars, is because of the service. We sat down and waited for about 20 minutes before anyone even took our drink order. The server was nice, but not very attentive."

"Food was decent. Chips and mushy peas were really good. Fish itself was moist but that batter was way too thick and greasy. Just pulled it off and ate the fish by itself. Clam chowder was bland and was definitely missing salt. But the scotch egg was great. People working there were really nice. Could have been an off day so might come back"

"The pub had a great vibe and a really fun atmosphere. We ordered the fish and chips and the whiskey flight. The whiskey options in the flight were really good. I really liked the selection and the spirits picked for the tasting. The fish and chips was a bit bland even though we picked the curry flavoring option. The fries with the fish was soggy on account of the fish being placed on top of the fries. Wish the fries were a bit more crunchy. Just a word of caution, the food menu is very limited in case you are planning for a proper meal."
