"The apartment maintenance service was once good, but not anymore. I filed several tickets, called the office multiple times, who always said they will get back to me later but never did it or resolved the issues. After weeks of waiting , I had to fix them myself."

"I've been living here for two years. The location is phenomenal. The staff are super prompt in helping me fix things in my apt. My neighbors are really friendly and mature (lots of families in the building . I love the amenities as well. The roof is really spacious and there's a communal space downstairs and a gym (which is relatively empty or quiet . I haven't had any issues yet. Hopefully will renew for another two years :"

"Okay so I've stayed in a lot of different apartments in my lifetime, and Tower Apartments is by far the best yet. The location is prime. I'm a student at Marquette, so being a couple blocks from campus is a huge plus. Also, it's within walking distance of the Fiserv Forum or Brady Street. The apartment complex offers parking. It is actually affordable AND is located in the same complex, which I feel is a rarity in Milwaukee. There's on-site security which gives my mother peace of mind. The guards are super friendly and make an effort to get to know you. Although the apartments are a bit dated, they are spacious, clean, and offer all the necessities. There's a pool on the roof (SCORE! , laundry on-site, and a small fitness facility. The view from my apartment is also unbeatable. I have windows that face west so most nights you'll find me on my couch sipping a glass of wine watching the sunset."

"Tribeca apartments is a very nice community. we started on a 1 bedroom/1bathroom and then we moved to a 2 bedroom/2bathroom. what I like about it is safe (maintained community.) besides their assigned parking lot they have many open spaces for residents (first come, first serve) they have a watch during the night that leads the whole complex. the pool is always clean and well maintained. the gardens are beautiful all year round. the common areas are super clean. the wardens are really good, every time we have a problem, we just have to report it and they come right away. the manager staff is always very helpful and very professional. I usually talk to run, she's really nice. I recommend living this place in any case."
