"It is rare that I would pay MORE for food. This was an absolutely wonderful experience. When it comes down to elegant fine dining, this restaurant had it all. We paid $106 for 2 well portioned entrees, and a dessert. The food was to die for. The 8oz Fillet was possibly even larger (or it certainly seemed that way. and the pork chops were delicious. It gave that cozy and luxurious vibe, but was also fun and exciting to watch everything going on around us. This was an absolutely amazing place to dine at, and we will be back for many more trips to come."

"Been to central bar several times across at least 2 to 3 years, but last night wow. Ever since the pandemic I've been on the search for a go to cocktail bar. All the ones in the OC I used to regularly go to switched jobs or quit the industry entirely. Came here with some coworkers and this place has some of the best bartenders I've seen in a long time, on par with the bartenders I sometimes visit in Long Beach. One way I like to test a bartender is by how they make a negroni. 3 simple ingredients, but so much variety in how the drink can be crafted. There's not much better than a good negroni, and the bartenders here made a fantastic one. I give this place props, and they have expanded the menu and offer some appetizers. Honestly order the French fries, they had no business being as good as they were! Super fresh, crispy, and crunchy! Amazing cocktails, great appetizers. Not much else you could ask for from a bar. Definitely a must try if you haven't been here before, and want some amazing cocktails."
