"Eat your pizza at the restaurant. It is incredible fresh out the oven. Bringing it home made the dough less crispy. Honestly, it was better cold the next day and I don't even like cold pizza. My wife reheated hers and said it was really good and suggested we reheat it as soon as we bring home take out next time.We got a pepperoni and a white with garlic, our usual order."

"New Location at Tower Square. How nice to have a good quality new restaurant in this part of town. Very nice service, comfortable environment and good food. It is clear that they are still ironing out some opening glitches and they go to great lengths to make sure the customer is happy.<br/ I intend to be a regular here and am very happy that they opened in a location that is near both my home and my office."

"Truly great pizza pies! It 's obvious that Salvatore 's takes pride in their craft. I was pleased to see that they use fresh ingredients that are locally sourced. This was my first time here and I got the monthly special pie Third Street and Main. I will definitely be back while I am still in the area for work."

"Zach was a wonderful server! He repeated our orders correctly, had a good sense of humor, was knowledgeable and informative, answered all our questions. My vegan calzone was so full of cheese I was almost insulted. It felt like a lump glue. Swallowing said glob reminded me of the time I decided in the last second to swallow instead of spiting and almost asphyxiating. Flavor was good, but I immediately regretted putting it in my face. I usually don't like Daiya, but wow, I don't need a whole bag of it in 1 meal. Marinara had more pepper in it when I was used, and while I had gluten-free bread before that was not terrible, this special pizza crust was basically a rock-hard cracker. Zack is the only reason I'd go back, but he's not so hopeful that our tip was enough."

"Good pizza! As other reviewers have noticed, the crust is crispy, which makes it so great! We ordered the square pizza and the caramelized onions are so tasteful that we sat outside in the back and it was so beautiful with panoramic views of the mountains. This place is definitely one of my favorite pizzas in Colorado."
