"We have heard of this Frank’s Famous Chicken Waffle restaurant and we had it down on our list as soon as we planned for the road trip from San Jose, California to Phoenix, Arizona and we decided to stop by Albuquerque, New Mexico before continuing with our trip to Denver, Colorado. All I can say is that it’s worth the trip to come to this restaurant. The chicken and waffles are delicious. The server and the owner are friendly. In fact, the owner came out to greet and chat with us as she moved to Albuquerque from the Bay Area. We were the first customers waking into the restaurant on that day. I would highly recommend this restaurant to everyone to come and try their fried chicken and waffles. We will definitely come back when we have a chance."

"I had the shrimp and grits and my wife had their chicken n waffles. Grits were creamy and shrimp was well seasoned, wife's chicken was cooked very well. Chicken was tender with flavor. Will definitely return."
