What ST123 doesn't like about Bittern:
Only 2 tables seated, us and one other, in restraint. In total waiting 1 hour 40min for 4 burgers and 2 kids meals from arriving to food appearing. Barman was very attentive and pleasant it’s just a shame the food took soooooooo long when the pub was practically empty. read more.

Bittern from Southampton is a suitable bar to have a beer after work, and sit with friends or alone.

"Had to complain that the coffee was cold, the server and his lackey thought it would be good customer service to laugh at me. Perhaps with future customers show some empathy, apologize and ask if you their is anything you can do to resolve the...problem. Not laugh. The server then went and stood outside for a smoke. Doesn't look very professional but thats just my opinion."
