The only problem with this very popular bistro, is that it is very popular, and finding a table can sometimes be a challenge, especially when meeting in a group rather than only being 1-2 people. The staff kept the line moving and orders were processed efficiently. While the weather permits, their outdoor seating is delightful. Maple Street Bistro from Spokane is a cozy coffee house, where you can enjoy a snack or cake with a warm coffee or a hot chocolate, Also, there are oven-warm breads available, complemented by an array of both cold and hot drinks. Look forward to the enjoyment of scrumptious vegetarian menus, Also, of course, the atmosphere has a big influence, which is why the guests appreciate not only the scrumptious menus, but also the bistro itself appreciate.

Good coffee and nice staff. Tables were a bit dirty but overall good place to get coffee, shakes and a bite. Their outside sitting is cute for good weather days...

"This place is glorious! The owners are super friendly and the poke bowls are outstanding! You can get extra rice and add a lot of fresh ingredients to your bowl all for a very reasonable price. The large easily feeds two people which is also nice. Wehonestly couldn?t get enough of this place! We stopped on our way to our road trip destination and made it a point to go backagain on our way home. We wished we lived closer to this place, that?s how much we want to go back. When we asked if the bowlswould keep overnight, we were told they prepare fresh fish every few hours and it wouldn?t make it overnight (which is what wewere hoping for so we could get a third round in on our way home). We really appreciated their honesty about this and also itproves how dang fresh everything is. Do yourself a favor and go!"
