Everything is extremely fresh. Everything is healthy. The staff is one of the best. When it comes to the food, I absolutely love some things and hate others. We were visiting Windsor with my sister & thought we would give Health Mama's a try. I guess we aren't used to healthy food. The only thing we had that was ok was the soup & it was cold. When we asked the waitress if she could heat it up, she said some people like their soup cool. We found it very expensive, the food was lacking in taste & the service was horrible. read more.
