Finally got to try Thelmas last night, and we weren't disappointed. My wife was born and raised in Northern Luzon province in the Philippines, and she said this food was like what she would be able to get back there. The entrees were perfect size, and super tasty. The restaurant is accessible and can therefore also be used with a wheelchair or physiological disabilities, and there is free WLAN. If the weather are right, you can also eat outside.

Extremely disappointed with the portions the prices are higher and the portions are significantly less. I ordered 2 pork adobo fried rice, 2 Thelma special, 1 mungo bean 1 gisantes. The pork adobo fried rice had 1/2 portion, the Thelma’s special had about 3/4 portion. I understand the price increase in today’s economy but it’s unacceptable to decrease the portions.
