Jade Flowers Chinese Restaurant

Haven't been here for many years and now sadly we can see why. Entree wasn't too bad - oriental platter, but the mains were very disappointing. Jer jer gai was over tenderised, the beef basket had meat so large and tough we couldn't eat it. The waiter was lovely and very apologetic but we didn't eat much. Fried rice was average.Wembley is very short on good Chinese restaurants. Travel into northbridge and try Lido instead.

Thoroughly enjoyed our meal, we ordered quite a few dishes ( there was 9 of us) The service was amazing we did not have to wait long for our food which was delicious.

I've driven past this place countless times always saying-"we should try that place". Finally we did at what a nice surprise. I didn't realise that the place was quite so small inside, but do judge a book by its cover. We started with Sang Choy Bow which was amazing. Very large serve with fresh ingredients and crispy lettuce cups. For mains we had Malaysian Chicken, Special Fried Rice and a Beef with pepper dish. I have to say that it's been a long time since I've enjoyed a Chinese meal so much. It wasn't greasy and had fantastic flavours. You could taste the ginger and garlic but it didn't overpower the other flavours. Really great food. The service was spot on and friendly. I would highly recommend this local place and will make it a regular.

Went for dinner with friends we ordered 2 starter "oriental plate" to share and 3 mains :pig, chicken and prawns. Well cooked and tasty. The staff is nice. The restaurant inside is old style and needs to be renovate .

Easy to find a few doors to the coast or west side of the Wembley Hotel. I have been regularly for many years & the food is very good & provided in a small cosy restaurant.
