Excellent and unusual pizza. I've lived in the SFV for six years and until Paoli's I couldn't find really good pizza. (I'm a Chicago-style fan. Paoli's isn't proper Chicago, but it is excellent. Not a terrible place. Maybe it came on a slow day / an early evening. Trying to use the good hours on their website, the waitress knew nothing about it.? Show her the side, she offered the 20?, so we stayed. Only 2 other people in the whole restaurant, but 5 firefighters inside waited for a to-go order...... do we think?
